Search for:
  • Remember that healing comes only from Allah.
  • Attend with a sincere intention for cure and protection.
  • Make duas before attending, asking Allah for shifa.
  • Ladies: Wear burqa or niqab and be accompanied by a mahram.
  • Men: Wear modest, clean attire, preferably covering from navel to knees.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, as Ruqyah sessions are spiritual and physical.
  • Ladies must attend with a mahram.
  • Children should be under parental supervision.
  • Bring a water bottle for personal use.
  • Do not bring taweez, charms, threads, or amulets – these are not allowed in islam.
  • Perform wudu (ablution) if possible.
  • Pray and recite Quranic verses at home before attending.
  • Come with a calm and focused mindset, ready to listen and participate.
  • Arrive on time; late arrivals can disturb the flow.
  • Sit quietly, respecting the space and others attending.
  • Switch off or put phones on silent mode.
  • Avoid distractions such as chatting or browsing during the session.
  • Maintain silence.
  • Listen attentively and follow the practitioner’s instructions.
  • Avoid talking, laughing, or making noise that can disturb others.
  • Recite Quranic verses if instructed.
  • Make duas and trust Allah’s process.
  • Be patient; spiritual healing may take time.
  • Follow any instructions given by the practitioner regarding rest, diet, or Quranic recitation at home.
  • Keep a positive mindset and continue regular prayers and Quran recitation.
  • Avoid relying on taweez or superstitions after the session; healing is from Allah.
